To provide knowledge about micro energy systems, several research works are conducted in this laboratory. Based on the advanced simulation techniques and theoretical works about both fluid and solid mechanics we are studying on the following themes; fabrication of composite materials containing nano materials, which have high thermal conductivity; deformation analysis of stents; thermal deformation and fatigue failure of solar panels and electronic packaging. Theoretical research on time-dependent creep and time-independent plastic deformation for the above research works are also conducted. The theoretical research work is also used for analysis of the residual stress due to the quenching considering the phase transformation.
